Steven Guan, Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University
Bio: Sheng-Uei Guan (Steven Guan) earned his M.Sc. and Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1989. He has held academic positions at La Trobe University, the National University of Singapore, and Brunel University. Currently, he is a Professor at Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University and Director of its Big Data Research Institute.Prof. Guan has been recognized with several talent awards in China. He has chaired over 80 international conferences and served as editor for numerous journals. His scholarly output includes over 340 publications, comprising journal articles, conference papers, and books.

Huiyu Zhou, University of Leicester
Bio: Huiyu Zhou earned a B.E. in radio technology from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, an M.Sc. in biomedical engineering from the University of Dundee, and a Ph.D. in computer vision from Heriot-Watt University. He is currently a Professor at the University of Leicester’s School of Computing and Mathematical Sciences, with over 470 peer-reviewed publications. His research has been supported by various funding bodies, including UK Research Councils (EPSRC, ESRC, AHRC, MRC), the EU, Royal Society, Leverhulme Trust, and Invest NI..

Pascal LORENZ, University of Haute Alsace
Bio: Pascal Lorenz (Ph.D., University of Nancy) is a professor at the University of Haute-Alsace. His research focuses on QoS, wireless and high-speed networks. He has authored 3 books, 3 patents, and over 200 publications. He has held key editorial roles, including for IEEE Communications Magazine and IEEE Internet of Things Journal. His IEEE leadership includes Chair of IEEE ComSoc France and several Technical Committees. He has served as chair or co-chair for major conferences (ICC, GLOBECOM, WCNC) and is a Senior IEEE Member, IARIA Fellow, and former IEEE ComSoc Distinguished Lecturer.

Yixing He, Jiaxing University
Bio: He Yixin, a doctorate holder and a master's supervisor, graduated from the School of Electronic Information of Northwestern Polytechnical University for both her undergraduate and postgraduate studies. Currently, she is a full-time teacher at the School of Information Science and Engineering. Research Direction: Vehicle Networking Resource Management and Optimization, Design of Air-Ground Cooperative Wireless Network Protocols, and Software and Hardware Development
